Well, I have been very busy here at Daisy Hill Cakes Bolton. Expanding my
portfolio and client base! I did a super cute 'Westie' dog cake. It was almost

While doing all these lovely cakes we are having some major building work
done so things are very hectic, stuff has been moved, put away and hidden. It's
proving to be quite a challenge, add The Easter holidays into the mix and I
think I'm one step away from a nervous breakdown!! All I can say is thank god I
find cake decorating quite therapeutic ;).
This year is looking like its
going to be quite busy and the last batch of orders is showing the 'Giants' are
making a reappearance, 'giant cupcakes' that is. The last 4 orders I have had
are all giant cupcakes. I think they must go through cake trends?
Ah well
must return to the grind stone, I have to prepare for an Ark cake next week, so
the animals were made in 2 by 2's hurrah....:)
